To help people notice our "buckle up" signs, we bolted REAL seat belts onto them for a 3D look.

We tried having the cops in our town pull people over if they were wearing their seat belts, and reward them with free coupons for ice cream. People hated getting pulled over more than they liked ice cream, so we quit doing that.
