Jeff was born and raised in Bismarck, but feels a strong connection to Grant County where both parents were born and many family still reside. His Grandfather was Grant County Sheriff back in the 50's. He manages NDACo's communications efforts, including this web site, so he can say whatever he wants. He's a super cool guy, everyone agrees.
