Alisha is a Ward County native - born and raised in Minot and graduated Minot State University. And now, County Officials get their education thanks to her efforts running the ILG program and planning the County Officials Academy, Legislative Wrap-up, and of course, the Annual Conference. She's yearning to keep you learning!
