Aaron was born and raised in Bismarck , went to NDSU and then UND Law School, and then worked as a prosecutor in Cass County. He is now back home serving two distinctive roles at NDACo. One role is acting as the Legal Counsel for the Association, which includes legislative relations. His second role is as North Dakota's Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP). In this role, Aaron provides training and support to prosecutors and law enforcement on traffic safety cases, particularly drug and alcohol driving offenses. '
