Kathy is a born-and-raised Bismarck girl. Throughout her career, Kathy has enjoyed the fact that she gets to build relationships in many communities all across the state. She feels a special connection to law enforcement, as her grandfather was a Superintendent of the Highway Patrol. When she's not here or on the road developing the state's Next Gen 9-1-1 services, she enjoys camping, fishing and all that ND has to offer, especially if it's outdoors.
