Cathy is one of the rare NDACo staffers NOT born in North Dakota. Detroit's loss is our gain, though, and she claims Mercer County as her ND County connection since it was the first place she landed in our state, living in Beulah for quite awhile before migrating to Bismarck. Hers is the first friendly voice you'll usually hear when you call NDACo and the smiling face that greets our visitors. We couldn't do any better when it comes to making good first impressions.
