As the photo makes clear, Michelle is NDACo's chief cheerleader, as well as top organizer, living encyclopedia of operational knowledge and more. As our Board liaison, she makes sure everyone stays on track with our strategic plan and keeps county members and our Board informed about all our programs and services. She's always willing to lend a hand, tackle a project, proofread (nickname: Hawkeye) or grab the phone. She's also responsible for keeping track of our executive director, no easy task by any measure!
